QUOTE
The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr George T. Kakouras, holder of identity card number 105517A and residing at Villa Aloe, Triq Iz-Zebbug, Santa Marija Estate, Mellieha, Malta, has tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director of APCO Systems Limited (C-29099), a subsidiary company of Harvest Technology p.l.c., effective 17 August, 2020. Furthermore, Mr Kakouras will be resigning from his office of director, legal and judicial representative of APCO Systems Limited.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Kakouras requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
The company wishes to thank Mr Kakouras for his service and contribution to the Harvest Group over the years.
The Company has initiated the process of identifying a suitable replacement, and a further announcement will be issued as and when appropriate.
