Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
Hansen Technologies Limited (Hansen), a listed information systems and services group, today advises the resignation of Ms Marie Turner as Company Secretary and the appointment of Mr Grant Lister to the Company Secretary role. Mr Lister is the current Chief Financial Officer for the Hansen Group. Ms Turner's resignation will be effective as of today.
The Board expresses appreciation to Ms Turner for her dedication and valuable contribution to the Hansen Group over the past six years.
