Covering Note – Lodgment of Appendix 3Z

Hansen advises that the attached Appendix 3Z details the Final Director's interest notice for Bruce Adams, who retired as a Director at Hansen's FY25 Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2025. The Appendix 3Z was not lodged within the time period required under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.3, and the Company notes:

• Bruce Adams retired as a Director on 20 November 2025;
• the changes were not reported earlier due to an administrative oversight;
• the Company and its Directors are aware of their obligations under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and have arranged for notification of the changes as soon as practicable upon becoming aware of the oversight; and
• the Company believes its current practices are adequate to ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19B.
