Hansen and Vendor of the SVI Group settle dispute

The claim issued by Darren John Loque (Loque), the vendor of the SVi group of companies, against Hansen Technologies Limited and its subsidiary Hansen Corporation Asia Limited (Hansen) (and the counterclaim issued by Hansen against Logue) has been settled at mediation. The terms of the settlement are confidential. While the settlement will have a one-off negative impact to Hansen's 2003/2004 trading results of approximately A\$900,000, the settlement amount is payable over 3 calendar years.
