HansaMatrix — Capital/Financing Update 2020

SEB bank in year 2021 to continue to provide HansaMatrix with working capital financing in the aggregate amount of 4.56 million EUR

HansaMatrix has signed agreements with SEB banka and SEB lizings to extend the maturity of factoring, overdraft, guarantee and reverse factoring facilities for the next annual period of one year for aggregate amount of EUR 4.56 million for working capital financing that also include export financing transactions.

Ilmārs Osmanis, Chairman of the Management Board informs that HansaMatrix started cooperation with SEB group in December, 2017. The signed extensions of the financing agreements continue the successful cooperation with the bank and allow the company to speed up the circulation of working capital, to ensure sufficient financing thereof, to more successfully cope with challenges created by Covid-19 and to increase the manufacturing volumes.
