AS HansaMatrix approves two new investment projects
AS HansaMatrix has approved and started to implement two investment projects – investment of 800 thousand EUR in form of convertible loan to hi-tech infrastructure development company - Zinātnes Parks, SIA and investment of 350 thousand EUR in additional surface mount assembly line at HansaMatrix Ventspils manufacturing plant. Investment into Zinatnes Parks will be paid in split into several tranches from own funds according to company requests and over 4 month period. Investment in HansaMatrix Ventspils assembly equipment - mixed - own funds plus leasing funding which will be paid according to equipment supplier invoices payment terms.
Zinātnes Parks is hi-tech infrastructure development company that has started to develop project and will be constructing science and hi-tech industrial site at Riga International Airport area. AS HansaMatrix owns 24% shares at Zinatnes parks, SIA.
Investment in additional surface mount assembly line in HansaMatrix Ventspils will eliminate existing bottleneck and facilitate production volume growth at Ventspils manufacturing plant.
