Ivars Ķirsons has been appointed as new Council member of HansaMatrix

On October 29, 2019 extraordinary shareholder meeting of HansaMatrix, in addition to the existing Supervisory Council members Andris Bērziņš, Ingrīda Blūma, Dagnis Dreimanis and Gundars Strautmanis, elected new Supervisory Council member Ivars Ķirsons. This decision shall take effect as of the date of its adoption.

On October 29, 2019 HansaMatrix Supervisory Council meeting, Andris Berzins was approved as the Chairman of HansaMatrix Supervisory Council and Ivars Kirsons as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council.

Ivars Ķirsons brings highly valuable investment and management experience to Supervisory Council of the Company.

Since 2006 Ivars Ķirsons has been founder and partner of ZGI Capital, one of the most experienced venture capital fund managers in the Baltics. Currently he is also a member of the Supervisory Council of fund ZGI-3 portfolio company Mobilly. Ivars has been the First Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Latvijas Unibanka (now SEB banka), Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Riga Stock Exchange, member of the Supervisory Board of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and has and held several other financial sector related positions.

Ivars Ķirsons in Company Supervisory Council will represent interests of ZGI Capital managed venture capital fund ZGI-4. He does not own any HansaMatrix shares.
