HALMA plc TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTION
Halma plc announces that on 16 March 2015 it purchased 43,500 ordinary shares of 10p each at a weighted average price of 714.3226p per share. The highest price paid was 715.299p per share and the lowest price paid was 713.6p per share. This represents 0.011 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation and will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005. In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase Halma plc holds 1,371,785 shares as treasury shares and the total number of voting rights (shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 378,273,547.
