HALMA plc TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTION
Halma plc announces that on 20 November 2014 it purchased 135,859 ordinary shares of 10p each at a weighted average price of 652.3096p per share. The highest price paid was 654.5p per share and the lowest price paid was 648.75p per share. This represents 0.036 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation and will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005. In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase Halma plc holds 982,573 shares as treasury shares and the total number of voting rights (shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 378,618,231.
