AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Halma announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2014 and the Notice of Meeting have been posted to shareholders (where applicable) and, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(3)R, are available to view on the Company's website at www.halma.com. 

A copy of these documents, together with the Proxy Form, are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The preliminary statement of the final results, containing information required under rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules was released on 12 June 2014 and is also available on the Company's website.
