Grant of Share Awards Performance Share Awards (PSPs) and Merit Deferred Share Awards (MDSAs) over Halma 10p ordinary shares under the Executive Share Plan were granted on 30 November 2020. Awards are based on a financial value, converted to a number of shares at the five-day average share price prior to 30 November 2020 of 2228.6p, and granted for nil consideration.
