HALMA plc VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Halma plc ('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 August 2017 is unchanged at 379,645,332. Halma holds 3,990 shares in treasury after the transfer of the 458,198 shares out of treasury in respect of participants of the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005 and in satisfaction of awards which vested in accordance with the Rules of the Plan. There is currently no intention to purchase further treasury shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 379,641,342. The above figure of 379,641,342 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. No further voting rights and capital announcements will be made unless and until this position changes.
