### In accordance with Rule 9.6.14R of the UK Listing Rules, Halma plc ('the Company') announces that Paul Walker, Chair, has notified the Company that he is to be appointed as Chair of RELX PLC from 1 March 2021. As previously announced on 23 September 2020, Paul will step down as Chair of Halma plc by the end of July 2021.
