BOARD CHANGES

Halma, the leading safety, health and environmental technology group, announces the appointment of Carole Cran as a non-executive Director (NED) of the Company, effective 1 January 2016.  Carole will assume the role of Audit Committee chairman succeeding Jane Aikman after the AGM in July 2016.

Carole Cran is Chief Financial Officer at Aggreko plc having held a number of senior financial roles since joining Aggreko in 2004.  Previously Carole spent seven years at BAE Systems, in a range of senior financial positions, including four years in Australia.  Carole qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.  Carole will be a member of Halma's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
