Bağlı ortaklığımız Razi Petrochemical Co.'da sahip olduğumuz %48,88 oranındaki payların satışına ilişkin ihale sürecinin, mevcut teklifler değerlendirilerek satış tamamlanmadan sonlandırılması kararı alınmıştır.

At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 28.11.2025;
It has been decided to terminate the tender process regarding the sale of our 48.88% stake in our subsidiary Razi Petrochemical Co., based on the evaluation of the current offers, without completing the sale.
