ASX Announcement CLEANSING STATEMENT 15 September 2023

Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1) (the ‘Company’) advises that it has recently issued ordinary shares which rank equally with all other shares on issue as follows:

• 1,444,444 ordinary shares as announced on 15 September 2023

• 9,005 ordinary shares as announced on 15 September 2023

• 27,176 ordinary shares as announced on 15 September 2023

The Company hereby notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (Act) that:

• (a) the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (2) section 674 of the Act; and

• (c) as at the date of this Notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
