RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1) (the ‘Company’) advises that non-executive director, Mr Alan Zeng has resigned from the Board effective today.
Peter Wright, Managing Director said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Alan for his service to the Company since his appointment in January 2023, and in particular his input into progressing the San Jorge Lithium Brine Project in Argentina. He has made a valuable contribution to the progress of this asset, and we wish him well for his future endeavours.”
