• NOTE – The previous Appendix 3X lodged on 9 January 2012 showed Mr. Sullivan’s 250,000 shares being held under NULIS Nominees (Australia) Limited <Trustee MLC Retirement Plan A/C> (member and beneficiary of account). Unfortunately Mr. Sullivan received the incorrect shareholder name from his broker and the 250,000 shares are actually directly held under his own name. This Appendix 3X for Mr. Sullivan REPLACES the Appendix 3X for Mr. Sullivan lodged on 9 January 2012. Bass Metals Ltd has lodged this Appendix 3X as soon as the Company became aware of the error.
