Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX: GW1) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Greenwing Resources Ltd (‘GW1’) will be halted at the request of GW1, pending the release of an announcement by GW1.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 August 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

GW1’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

GREENWING RESOURCES LTD – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

I confirm that Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX: GW1) (“Company”) wishes to request a Trading Halt in its securities effective immediately in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.

The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• The request for the Trading Halt is pending the release of an announcement regarding the outcome of a bookbuild for the placement of shortfall from the recently conducted share purchase plan.

• The Trading Halt is expected to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on Monday 18 August 2025.

• It is expected that the Trading Halt will be ended by the Company making an announcement of the kind referred to above.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.

• The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt.
