ASX Announcement – 22 August 2025
CLEANSING STATEMENT
Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1) (the ‘Company’) advises that it issued a total of 64,266,669 ordinary shares today comprising 21,934,916 shares issued pursuant to the tranche 2 placement, 29,973,317 shares issued pursuant to the SPP shortfall, and 12,358,436 shares issued pursuant to the additional placement.
The Company hereby notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (Act) that:

(a) the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

(b) as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

(1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and
-
(2) section 674 of the Act; and
-
-
(c) as at the date of this Notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
