ASX Announcement – 1 October 2024
CLEANSING STATEMENT
Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1) (the ‘Company’) advises that on 26 September 2024 it issued 14,350,025 ordinary shares pursuant to the Equity Raising announcement dated 7 August 2024, noting that part of the equity raising was subject to shareholder approval which was provided on 26 September 2024.
The Company hereby notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (Act) that:

(a) the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

(b) as at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

(1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

(2) section 674 of the Act; and
-
-
(c) as at the date of this Notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
