Bass Metals Ltd (ASX: BSM) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of Bass Metals Ltd (‘BSM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BSM, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 2 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

BASS METALS LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

I confirm that Bass Metals Ltd (ASX: BSM)(“Company”) wishes to request a Trading Halt in its securities effective immediately in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.

The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• The request for the Trading Halt is pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

• The Trading Halt (2+2) is expected to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 2 June 2020.

• It is expected that the Trading Halt will be ended by the Company making an announcement of the kind referred to above.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
