Adjustment of Exercise Price of Options
Bass Metals Ltd (“the Company”) ( ASX : BSM) advises the market of an adjustment of the exercise price of Unlisted Options issued by the Company to shareholders.
The adjustment of the exercise price of the options is in accordance with the terms of the unlisted options, is consistent with the requirements of ASX Listing Rule 6.22 and is made as a result of a placement completed in January 2016 -
