TRADING HALT

The securities of Bass Metals Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 16 December 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt request

Bass Metals Ltd (“the Company”) (ASX:BSM) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities from ASX pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and transaction.

The Company requests that the trading halt take effect immediately and continue until the release of information relating to the capital raising or no later than the commencement of trade on 16 December 2016.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
