Update to Company fund raising
Bass Metals Limited (“Bass” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received $539,000 from investors and other parties as part of its fundraising to secure its investment in Graphmada. In addition to this, the Company is in the process of securing further funds that shall enable it to complete the first tranche of its investment in Graphmada (as announced on 22 September and 1 October 2015).
The board are confident additional funds and indicative commitments to the Company will be finalised over the next 2 weeks and further detail about this will be announced to the market as soon as practicable.
