Bass appoints Company Secretary and Change of Registered Office

Bass Metals Limited (ASX: “BSM”) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Angus Craig as Company Secretary, replacing Mr David Round.

Mr Craig is a Brisbane based, experienced public company CFO and Company Secretary, with over 25 years of corporate experience across a range of industries and businesses. Mr Craig has experience in corporate governance, financial management, ASX related matters, equity funding and corporate transactions.

Bass’ Chairman Rick Anthon said: “We thank David for his contribution and look forward to welcoming Angus to Bass. His skills and experience will be invaluable as we complete the streamlining of our business to position us for our next stage of growth.”
