DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT

Bass Metals Ltd (“Bass”, the Company) advises that Non-Executive Director Mr. Gavin Solomon has resigned from the Bass Board effective today.

Mr. Rick Anthon, Bass’ Chairman, thanked Mr Solomon for his commitment and dedication to the Company.

“On behalf of the Bass Board, I thank Gavin for his assistance and contributions to the Company, and wish him every success for the future.”

The Bass Board wishes to advise that Mr. Mark Sykes has been appointed as Technical Director of Bass effective immediately. Mr Sykes’ appointment to the Board forms part of a broader review and restructuring process the Board is undertaking.

Mr Sykes is a qualified mining engineer with 20+ years experience. Mr Sykes has worked in operational and managerial roles with BHPB as well as corporate roles with Mitsubishi Development Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. Mr Sykes will continue to act in the capacity of interim Chief Operating Officer for Bass.
