APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF OFFICE

Bass Metals Limited wishes to advise that Mr Arno de Vos has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 9 May 2014 to replace Mr Pierre Malherbe.

Mr Arno de Vos is an experienced Company secretary who has acted for other listed public companies. Arno is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance, treasury and company secretarial. Arno is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA), member of Chartered Public Accountants Australia (CPA), member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), affiliate of Governance Institute of Australia (GIA).
