BASS METALS LTD BOARD CHANGES
Bass Metals Ltd (“Bass”) announces changes to the Board following the outcome of the General Meeting held on 4 October 2013:
Mr. Herbert Gavin Solomon and Mr. Richard Stacy Anthon were appointed as Directors of Bass at the conclusion of the General Meeting held on 4 October 2013.
Mr. Graig Ian Mcgown, Mr. Michael Benjamin Rosensreich and Mr. Barry Kevin Sullivan ceased to be Directors at the conclusion of the General Meeting held on 4 October 2013.
The Board wishes to thank Messrs. Mcgown, Rosenstreich and Sullivan for their valued contribution to the Bass during their tenure as Directors.
