BOARD AND MANAGEMENT ROLES

Bass Metals Ltd (“Bass”, the Company) wishes to advise the following changes to the board and management of the Company

1. Mr. Rick Anthon has been appointed as the non-executive Chairman of the board.

2. Mr. Gavin Solomon has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board.

3. As previously announced, following the General Meeting held on the 4[th] October, Mr Rosenstreich ceased to be Managing Director of Bass, and is consequently no longer employed by the Company. Mr Mark Sykes has been appointed as interim Chief Operating Officer and will assume the operational responsibility for the company until further notice.

Since listing in October 2005 the Company has focused on exploring and mining polymetallic (copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold) deposits in the highly mineralised Mt Read VMS terrain in NW Tasmania, Australia.
