Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1)(the ‘Company’) advises that it will be holding its 2022 AGM on Thursday 24 November 2022.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5 October 2022.
