The Board of Greencore Group plc ('Greencore', the 'Company' or the 'Group') today announces the appointment of Harshitkumar (Hetal) Shah as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2023.

Hetal brings extensive food industry and financial experience having held numerous senior international finance roles over a 17-year career with Cadbury plc. This experience includes Finance Director roles in the UK, US, Asia and Africa.  As well as a background in finance, Hetal has significant experience in corporate strategy and M&A and has worked in both public listed and private equity backed organisations. Hetal is currently Chief Financial Officer, Europe at Belron International. 

Hetal will also become a member of the Audit and Risk Committee upon appointment.
