ISSUE OF SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Greencore announces that it has issued and allotted 12,698 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in connection with the Greencore Group UK Share Save Scheme. The shares were issued on 14 April 2026.

These shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under a pre-existing block admission to trading.
