STATEMENT RE AGM

GREENCORE GROUP PLC

('Greencore', the 'Company' or the 'Group')

As previously announced, Leslie Van de Walle joined the Board of Greencore as a Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2022 and Chair Designate, to succeed the present Chair and Non-Executive Director of Greencore, Gary Kennedy, at the conclusion of Greencore's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 26 January 2023. 

Due to illness, Gary is unable to Chair the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, which will now be chaired by Leslie.

Mr Van de Walle commented: "On behalf of all our colleagues at Greencore, I wish Gary a full recovery."
