Oslo, Norway - 11 March 2025 - Mr Hans Christian Anderson, Board member, has

purchased 20,000 shares in Green Minerals AS at a price of NOK 2.215 per share.

Following this transaction Mr Anderson owns 80,000 shares, representing

approximately 0.6% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
