The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority.

Application has been made to the Listing Authority for all the ordinary shares of BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299 ("BMIT") to be admitted to listing on a regulated market and a prospectus has been submitted to, for approval by, the Listing Authority in respect of a proposed initial public offering, by the Company, of up to forty-nine per cent (49%) of the ordinary shares of BMIT at an offer price of forty-nine Euro cents (EUR 0.49) per share in BMIT (the "Offer").

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of BMIT held on the 03 December 2018, in which it was stated that the Company's shareholders would be given some form of preference to participate in the Offer.

The Company's shareholders should note that those shareholders that will be given preference when participating in the Offer are those shareholders of the Company that appear on the Company's share register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 03 January 2019 which includes trades in the Company up to 28 December 2018.
