The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Resignation of Chief Commercial Officer

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Antonio Ivankovic will be resigning from his post of Chief Commercial Officer with effect from the 16 June 2025.

The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Ivankovic for his service towards the Company and wished him well in his future endeavours.

The Company also announces that a selection process for a replacement for Mr. Ivankovic will commence in due course.
