The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that, today, it held its Annual General Meeting during which all the proposed resolutions on the agenda were approved.

The Company further announces that the following were appointed/elected to the Company's Board of Directors:

Ms. Katrina Attard
Mr. Paul Fenech
Mr. Faker Hnid
Mr. Azmi Lahmar
Mr. Deepak Padmanabhan

The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Majid for his years of service and welcomed Ms. Katrina Attard to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Attard is the Chief Executive Officer of Panta Group, a role she has held since 2019. Under her leadership, the Group has undergone a comprehensive transformation and modernisation programme, with a strong focus on long-term sustainability, strengthened governance and strategic growth. Ms. Attard has developed experience in strategic leadership, change management and operational improvement in a variety of market settings. She serves as a Director on several Panta Group entities contributing to oversight across corporate strategy, financial governance, risk management, and talent development. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Malta.
