Further to the Company announcement issued on the 28 August 2012, the Company announces that Forthnet has not yet issued the prospectus explaining the details of the proposed capital increase. Consequently the Company announces that it will be in a position to take a decision on whether or not to participate in the capital increase once Forthnet issues the said prospectus.
