COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Acquisition of Klikk Finance p.l.c.

Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company dated 25th October 2024 in which it was announced that the shareholders of Klikk Finance p.l.c. ("Klikk") and the Company had entered into a share purchase agreement in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Klikk.

The conditions precedent have been satisfied and 100% of the shares in Klikk have been acquired by the Company.

The Company will make further announcements as and when necessary.
