COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that it has today entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Newco United Group Hellas S.A.R.L. (the "Purchaser") for the sale of its 24,887,737 shares (the "Shares") in Hellenic Telecommunication and Telematic Applications S.A. ("Forthnet S.A.") to the Purchaser at a total price of €3,235,405 (the "Sale Share Price"). Completion of the transfer of the Shares is scheduled to take place by not later than 11 November 2020. The Sale Share Price shall be payable on the same day as the transfer of the Shares is completed. The proceeds from the sale of the Shares will be redeployed in GO's local operations.
