The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 July 2015 its majority shareholder, Emirates International Telecommunications Malta Limited ("EITML"), expressed to the Board of Directors of the Company its (EITML's) intention to seek to dispose of its (EITML's) shareholding in the Company in the short term.

The Company will make further announcements as and when required by the Listing Rules.
