The Company announces that Forthnet SA ('Forthnet') has, today, issued an announcement, notifying the market that it has received a non-binding offer by OTE S.A. for the acquisition of the activity of NOVA. Forthnet S.A. Announcement

According to L. 3340/2005, Decision No 3/347/2005 of the Board of the HCMC and the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, Forthnet S.A. informs the investing public that it has received a non-binding offer by ΟΤΕ S.A. for the acquisition of the activity of NOVA, for a consideration ranging between € 250-300 million, on a debt-free cash-free basis. The offer is based on certain assumptions and is subject to terms and conditions, customary to such transactions. The Board of Directors of Forthnet S.A., following the rules of corporate governance, will evaluate the offer and inform the investing public accordingly.
