The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company yesterday in which it was stated that the Listing Authority had approved the prospectus (the "Prospectus") submitted in respect of a proposed public issue in Malta of 4% unsecured bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Euro 40,000,000 (the "Bonds") to be issued by Cablenet Communication Systems Limited ("Cablenet"), with registered office at Nimeli Court, Block A, Floor 2, 41-49 Ayiou Nicolaou Street, Engomi, 2048, Nicosia, Cyprus and with company registration number HE 137520.

The Company's shareholders are reminded that, in terms of the Prospectus, the offer period during which the Company's shareholders may apply for the Bonds is between 23 July 2020 and 06 August 2020, (both days included).
