The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF BONDS

Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company on the 01 June 2020 in relation to a proposed public issue in Malta of 4% unsecured bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Euro 40,000,000 (the "Proposed Issuance of the Bonds") by Cablenet Communication Systems Limited, with registered office at Nimeli Court, Block A, Floor 2, 41-49 Ayiou Nicolaou Street, Engomi, 2048, Nicosia, Cyprus and with company registration number HE 137520 ("Cablenet").

The Company hereby announces that Cablenet has today published a slide show in relation to the Proposed Issuance of the Bonds on its website. The slideshow can be accessed through the link https://cms.go.com.mt/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/CN-Bond_Investor-Presentation-Revision-8.pdf

As the proposed issuance of the Bonds is subject to a number of conditions, including but not limited to conversion to a public limited liability company and approvals by the Maltese Listing Authority and the Exchange, it may or may not materialise. The Company will make further announcement(s) in respect of the issuance and listing of the Bonds as and when appropriate.
