The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Resignation of Chief Officer GO Business

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Arthur Azzopardi, holder of Identity Card number 374173(M) and residing at 36, Triq Sir Temi Zammit, Mtarfa, Malta, will be relinquishing his post as Chief Officer GO Business with effect from 30th September 2025.

The Company further announces that Mr. Ayrton Caruana, holder of Identity Card number 031488M residing at 55, Triq is-Sajjieda, Zurrieq, Malta, will be assuming the responsibilities of Chief Business Officer, in addition to his current role as Chief Service Operations Officer, with effect from 1st October 2025.

Up until 2019, Mr. Caruana led the Human Resources function, playing a critical role in reshaping the Company's workforce structure, organisational design, and ensuring an environment where its people could grow and thrive. In 2019, he embraced the challenge of leading Service Operations, where he was instrumental in enabling GO to be recognised as a True Fibre Island and in launching the Net Zero office in Zejtun, contributing to a better and more sustainable Malta.

Mr. Caruana brings to this role a strong strategic mindset, adaptability, and a forward-looking approach that makes him well positioned to take on this new chapter.

There is no other matter concerning Ms. Caruana that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
