The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Appointment of Chief People Officer

Further to the announcement issued on the 28 June 2023, the Company hereby announces that Mr. Reuben Attard, the current Chief Finance Officer, will be assuming the responsibilities currently held by the Chief People Officer. This appointment will be effective as of the 1st January 2024.

Mr. Attard joined GO in 2019 and is an experienced people leader having managed teams with diverse characteristics, spanning a variety of sectors that include banking, financial services, hospitality, real estate, and, of course, telecoms. He champions GO's purpose and values and there is no doubt that he will bring the right blend of continuity and innovation to the role.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Attard that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
