Appointment of Chairman

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Lassad Ben Dhiab, holder of Tunisian passport, Y453546, residing at TT Rue de Paradis Ariana 2080, Tunisie, is being appointed Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Ben Dhiab has been acting as director on the board of the Company since May 2019.

Mr. Ben Dhiab has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He has held major roles in engineering, business strategy and administration, financial and human resource management and implementation of telecommunications solutions. Over the years he has held various responsibilities within the Tunisia Telecom Group and has recently been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tunisie Telecom.

Mr. Ben Dhiab is a Graduate Engineer in Telecommunications from the Higher School of Posts and Telecommunications of Tunis and has a Masters Degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Sciences of Monastir.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Ben Dhiab that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
