The Company hereby announces that Ms. Sarah Mifsud, holder of Identity Card number 210386M, residing at 32 Carmelo Dimech Street Mosta, is being appointed to the role of Chief People Officer with immediate effect. Ms. Mifsud acted as Head Human Resources since 1 August 2019.

Ms. Mifsud, has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources primarily in the telecommunications and hospitality industry. Over the past years she has focused on organisational and people development, and operations, thereby strengthening her expertise across different HR pillars. Her additional interest in marketing, analytics and technology has helped shape GO's HR strategies over the years.

There is no other matter concerning Ms. Mifsud that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
