The Company announces that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Ing. Joseph Attard from the post of Chief Technical Officer with effect from the 31st July 2020. The Board of Directors thanked Ing. Attard for his loyal service and wished him success in his new endeavors. The Board of Directors further announces that Ing. Attard will continue to offer consultancy services to the CEO.
